Due to growth in our Media provision, we have an exciting opportunity for a Film and Video Production Media Lecturer to join our successful Grade 1 Creative Arts team.

This role could be undertaken as one full-time role or two fractional posts and will be split across our campuses in Salisbury and Trowbridge.

About the Role

The main purpose of this position is to course lead a Level 2 or Level 3 UAL Media Production course. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding teaching, learning and assessment across our Creative Media courses, preparing SOW and delivery plans, and contributing to the wider enrichment of students by working with the community on work experience projects.

With your practical and creative approach to teaching and learning, you will work in our fantastic facilities which include media production studios and high spec media and mac suites, which will enable learners to maximise their potential, and with successful team working effectively meet quality measures of retention, achievement, and success.

About You

The successful candidate will hold a relevant degree qualification and have industry experience. You will ideally have experience of UAL or similar awarding bodies and will be teacher qualified or working towards this. You will have an excellent teaching grade profile along with experience of professional practice and curriculum delivery in a post-16 environment. You will possess excellent organisational skills and teamworking capabilities, be motivated, enthusiastic and student focussed, striving for constant improvement in the student experience and supporting them to achieve their goals.
