Product Owner Chapter Lead

About the Role
Due to a continued period of investment in strategic UCaaS priorities, Gamma currently has an exciting opportunity for a Product Owner Chapter Lead (POCL) to work alongside our product development squads, delivering the next generation of digital unified communication solutions to our channel partners and customers.
This is a brand-new role within Gamma and represents an exciting opportunity to establish and build new capabilities, skills and value, working to an agile discipline within a high performing technology organisation.
The POCL will contribute both to the delivery of value as a squad member and have line management accountability for the POs within the chapter.
The POCL will be responsible for building appropriate competencies and skills across the PO chapter, with a determination to build a culture based on continuous improvement and feedback.
The POCL will work with the chapter to establish ways of working and will implement the use of standards for the area of expertise.
The POCL and POs will work closely with business stakeholders, to understand, articulate and communicate vision and values, and will champion that vision and those agile working principles in interactions with business units across the organisation.
The POCL will be focused on maximising the value of the product with fast frequent change driven by telemetry and feedback, to create a flow of value from idea to customer use as seamlessly as possible.
We are looking for a data driven and evidence based individual able to communicate clearly and establish consensus across competing business demands/stakeholders.
You’ll have excellent stakeholder management skills
You’ll possess the ability to make difficult decisions and set priorities which in turn map over to the work of the development squads.
You’ll have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels with a flair for articulating your thinking

To succeed in this position you'll develop a deep understanding of your customers and market, apply a data-driven approach to decision making, building a strong vision for your product (and chapter) and creating opportunities to innovate whilst delivering incremental value in your Squad.
