Product Manager - SIP

About the Role

As Product Manager your main responsibilities are to support the Senior Product Manager in managing Gamma’s SIP Trunking products through their combined life cycles and delivering the agreed product strategies that form part of Gamma’s overall 2023 strategic plan.

The Product Manager will specifically focus on the market requirements to maintain our market leading status.

With a deep understanding of the market, our competitors and our customers, the Product Manager will shape and deliver the product plan for their areas of responsibility along with wider product development and commercial strategies to deliver against market need for the wider portfolio.

A key focus will be to develop and drive strategies to encompass the evolving PBX market, identifying key trends and positioning the Product through development and associated support processes, to deliver an excellent user experience to Gamma partners and their end users.

The ability to build effective business cases to support this development will be essential.

About You

You’ll have previous experience of SIP management and into a range of PBX platforms such as Asterix, Mitel or Avaya
You’ll have an excellent grasp of the hosted PBX & wider unified communications market, and implications of the removal of ISDN services
You’ll have previous experience in a technical product management role, ideally from within a telecomms/IT and in an Agile environment
You’ll have the proven ability to develop business cases and to take through to successful delivery.
You’ll have experience of lifecycle management of features and services in terms of ongoing development, release, management, retirement and all communication aspects relating to these phases.
You’ll have the ability to scope and define new requirements with user experience at the heart of thinking
You’ll have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels with a flair for articulating your thinking
