You’ll deliver a values-driven service to your internal and external customers, by seeking to understand fully your customers’ needs, identifying and working to remove pain points, and always doing what you say you will. As Sales Reporting and Compliance Analyst, you will provide expert reporting capability within the Sales and Marketing team to ensure data integrity in reporting to wider business through Corporate Finance. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining periodic reports on sales revenues, plots, surplus and milestones. You will support the Sales Compliance team in setting parameters and alerts to ensure data is used to manage compliance and support the Sales Market Intelligence and Reporting Manager in wider research.
You’ll have at least 3 years proven experience of data analysis in a sales environment along with experience in Excel and Salesforce/equivalent CRM. Experience of dynamics would also be an advantage. You’ll be ambitious and able to prove experience of exceptional sales reporting capability, excellent competency with a range of reporting tools (preferably excel, salesforce and power BI) and a keen understanding of the RP operating environment. You will be able to use external data bases to provide demand analysis for different sale tenures and provide assurance that future development carries strong sales potential. You will be able to demonstrate excellent presentational abilities and should be proficient in the use of pivot tables, macros and advanced presentational aspects of Excel.
