Pro-rata Salary: 16,872 - 18,443
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Job Coach as part of the new and innovative Specialist Community Forensic Service (SCFT). Working within this pilot service (with the possibility of extension) you will work in partnership with the AWP to support early discharge into the community for Forensic patients.
You’ll have knowledge of the support needs of people with significant mental health difficulties, criminal justice backgrounds and complex needs. You’ll work in a value-based, person focused way and be able to develop and manage relationships with key partners, to enable meaningful use of time with a view to supporting individuals into volunteering and paid employment. You will focus on breaking down barriers to employment and supporting individuals to overcome personal challenges.
