You will work with the Director of Sales and Head of Sales Strategy to produce site specific sales strategies and, alongside the development team, commission valuations for major site opportunities. You will also provide competitor analysis of those opportunities and lead on in-house view on valuations. You will also be expected to work with the G15 and NHF to research future affordable sale products. You will lead a team who will ensure sales values align with development appraisals and that sales CRM system provides accurate reporting and work with corporate finance to ensure alignment of sales reporting to Directors and Board. You will create and manage a suite of sales reports including weekly analysis of delivery against budget, forecast to year end and revenue/surplus analysis. You will also manage a Sales Reporting and Compliance Analyst.
You’ll have proven experience, over a five-year period of excellent reporting and analytical ability. You will deliver a values-driven service to your internal and external customers, by seeking to understand fully your customers’ needs, identifying and working to remove pain points, and always doing what you say you will. You will provide expert market intelligence and reporting function within the sales and marketing team to ensure we develop the right homes, at the right price in the right place. You should be adept at presenting complex real time sales information to Director and Board level audiences providing assurance that sales budget targets are being met. You will be able to use external data bases to provide demand analysis for different sale tenures and provide assurance that future development carries strong sales potential. You will be able to prove experience of exceptional market analysis, excellent competency with a range of reporting tools (preferably excel, salesforce and power BI) and a keen understanding of the RP operating environment.
