We are currently recruiting for a Dialler and Insight Analyst, reporting to the Head of Customer Experience - Sales, this position will be responsible optimising the use of dialler functionality to maximise our operations efficiency and commercial return across all customer contact.

About the Role:

The Dialler/Insight Analyst will be responsible for administering the predictive dialler functionality and actively identify positive changes in the operations of the dialler.

In addition, the successful candidate will configure real time changes to campaign, set up agent accounts. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone that has a proven track record of dialler technology.

Responsibilities:

Reporting and analysis on dialler performance, ie best time to call analyst.
Actively identify positive changes in the operation of the dailler and oversee the implementation and evaluation, in order to improve campaign performance
Forecast of required staffing and capacity management daily and based on future requirements
Work closely with the dialler supplier to ensure the system is up to date with Call Centre technology
Create and manage outbound dialling list with respect to priorities, import/export raw files, dial orders, data definitions and disposition plans.

Experience Required:

The successful Dialler and Insight Analyst must have the following skills and experience:

Experience in working with dialler technology
An analytical and strategic thinker who can manage relationships at various levels both internally and externally.
Expert skills in working with a range of systems from MS Office to Power BI and Alteryx
High level of problem solving and sound judgement skills
Work effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
