We are currently looking for an experienced Regional Service Manager with a proven track record in the customer field service sector to work for a premium brand in the North of the UK.

The Role:

This is a field-based role managing and leading a team of Domestic Field Service Technicians supported by a Senior Technician and a Service Support Team based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire.

Through effective, proactive management you will drive and implement a culture of high performance, working to continuously maintain, improve, promote and celebrate the high standards of service offered to our customers.

The job involves multiple skills; reviewing and acting upon performance statistics, providing technical expertise, coaching and developing team members ensuring they remain engaged and motivated. You will also be required to deliver against service revenue targets, driving the performance of your team to exceed KPIs, spotting opportunities for growth as well as efficiency.

You will build strong relationships externally with our network of service dealers and sales partners, as well as developing great bonds with internal managers and supporting functions across the business. You will be one of at least 5 Regional Service Managers across the country, so it is imperative that you are a team player in all senses.

The Person:

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience as a domestic appliance field service manager or in the white goods / electronic industry. They should have managed and lead a large team of field based colleagues (minimum 15 employees) along with managing third parties (service dealers) to support our customers. You will be approachable and people-focused but also able to make tough decisions which will need to be demonstrated at interview.

The Package:

With experience of a Regional Service Manager role in the white goods industry - £46,000 - £48,000 per annum
With experience of a Regional Service Manager role in other industries - £40,000 - £46,000 per annum
