We are looking for a Tenancy Solutions Assistant to join our team reporting into the Tenancy solutions team manager: Some of the duties will include:

Proactively managing and fully resolve straightforward low level ASB, neighbour nuisance enquiries and tenancy breaches, in line with PA Housings ASB and Neighbour Nuisance policies

Monitoring and managing reports of noise nuisance by utilising the tools available, including managing the enquiries via the noise app and ensuring that the cases are logged on the housing management system

Providing effective administrative support to the Solution Team including case building and preparing cases for action through the courts

Supporting Tenancy Solutions Co-ordinators in dealing with cases, including managing reports of abandoned vehicles

Providing a triage service on ASB cases, covering duty and telephones when required
