As our Leasehold and Lettings Advisor, you will work between two of our core services – Leasehold and Lettings – giving support to deliver an exceptional, pro-active and tailored leasehold management service and to provide an efficient and seamless lettings service.

Delivering a personalised, high quality service, giving advice, guidance and information on leasehold and lettings issues to customers and colleagues, you will build strong partnership working with the local authorities.

Experience in a social housing organisation or in leasehold and/or lettings is not essential, but would be great. Most importantly, you will have excellent customer service skills, communication skills and IT abilities. You must have experience of working in customer service or a customer-facing role. Due to the nature of the role, the daily use of a car is essential and you will be required to undertake a basic DBS check.
