Our Tutors deliver innovative, engaging and motivational learning sessions to groups of learners. Our Tutors ensure that they work with our learners to develop their skills, knowledge and behaviours while supporting them with their long-term goals and aspirations. They ensure that the appropriate training plans are in place and that the advice and guidance is given when required while ensuring they deliver the highest level of quality courses that engage with the learners and help them to reach their potential.

We are particularly keen on hearing from individuals with substantial experience and a background in the following disciplines:

Logistics and Reverse logistics
Health and Social Care
Business and Professional Services
IT / Digital
Hospitality and Customer Services

Have you got what it takes?

You should have a passion for what you do along with relevant and recent experience. You will need to have a Level 4 Teaching Qualification and experience of supporting digital and online learning. You should hold Functional Skills at Level 2 and have substantial experience in the sector and be able to evidence a good working knowledge.

You should be able to display a wide range of training methods to engage learners from all ages, abilities, and backgrounds.

We are accepting applications from candidates interested in fixed term or associate work on a short term contracting basis.

Your working week will depend on your flexibility and availability as well as our needs, you will delivery predominantly online sessions, however there may be occasions that you will be required to deliver face to face in one of our centres, these conversations will be had in advance and notice given, if you do not wish to be considered for face to face delivery, please specify this in your application.
