As a Recruitment Coordinator you will need to have: Strong Communication Skills Own transport preferred but not essential Good all round computer skills Experience with dealing with the public Customer service and or administration background Role of a Recruitment Coordinator: Carry out interviews and inductions of potential candidates To monitor the timely placement of temporary staff and to resolve any issues raised. To liaise with customers to check in workers To assist in the smooth running of all Administration duties, inclusive of prompt delivery of Time Management & Attendance to facilitate payrolling of all workers. We are recruiting a Warehouse Team Leader to take responsibility for ensuring all orders reach our clients customers complete and on time. This hands-on job will put you at the hub of a very busy warehouse team and will periodically require long hours and high concentration levels at all times. There mission as a company is to support customers in achieving their goals. Ensuring that deliveries meet and exceed the customers' expectations will be your main priority. They have exceptionally high customer service levels and you will be responsible to continue this track record. All orders are thoroughly checked throughout the process, and they see despatch as the last chance to ensure we have 'got it right'. Your job will include but is not limited to: Leading and inspiring the warehouse team Holding daily meetings and co-ordinating the workflow Creating and managing reports in programmes such as Excel Reporting to the Directors Co-ordinating the Picking of Orders Checking and Packing Orders Purchasing Packaging Materials Co-ordinating Goods In & Transport Carrying out staff reviews Recruiting new members for the team Managing the storage of goods in a limited space environment Co-ordinating a full warehouse move to a new location (there aim is to move premises in the next 1-2 years) You will need to be self-motivated and use your initiative in a very fast pace environment. A person who doesn't buckle whatever the pressure. You will need to be a team player, one who can build trust and high quality relationships with all members of the team. You will need to be prepared to challenge your team members when standards are not being met and coach them to meet their full potential. You will need excellent knowledge in computer programmes in order to create detailed reports and visual dashboards. But most of all we are looking for someone who has a proven track record, a good dose of true ambition, whilst taking a humble approach to their work. The company is a fast growing supplier of fixings and support solutions, delivering to the building services industry and have a strong focus on customer service. Typically supply goods on a next-day basis nationwide, using there own vans, same-day transport and courier networks. Your normal hours of work will be 8:30am - 6pm with half an hour for lunch, and these hours will be varied to meet the needs of the business.
