We are currently seeking a Head of Children's Rights and Business - Business Engagement, which jointly leads the Children's Right and Business Unit. The role is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the CRBU, with a specific focus on engaging directly with business and industry, including existing Corporate Partners and prospects, to provide technical human rights support and to develop and build strategic CRB partnerships to achieve impact for children. To succeed, you will have a strong track record of working with businesses on corporate sustainability/social impact issues. Whether you gained this experience in-house in a CSR or Sustainability function, or within a consultancy or trade body, you will have a detailed knowledge of business and human rights/child rights, corporate sustainability and accountability.
