Role overview Gatwick Airport is changing at an outstanding pace and this is an exciting opportunity for a Governance & Assurance Co-ordinator to be part of a high performing team building Gatwick's future infrastructure. The Governance and Assurance Coordinator will play a key role in Gatwick's future as a subject matter expert in all governance and assurance requirements of the Capital Investment Programme, accountable for total compliance by ensuring that governance meetings, processes and procedures are scheduled, documented and followed whist identifying opportunities to improve. Principal accountabilities Organise and schedule project and programme Governance and Assurance meetings (including Programme Boards and the Capital Executive Committee) Accountable for the accurate recording of minutes from all Governance and Assurance meetings, capture key decisions, maintain investment approval records and compile action logs Ensure pertinent information is recorded accurately and circulate completed documentation within agreed timescales Manage the collation and distribution of all advance information required to be circulated for Governance and Assurance meetings. Ensure submission and circulation deadlines are adhered to and quality standards are met for documentation circulated. Responsible for the compilation, management and close out of action logs within the timescales of the appropriate meeting schedules. Ensure action owners are aware of their responsibility and collate responses for presentation within project packs at the subsequent meeting cycle. Manage the governance documentation control process, ensuring quality through management of templates and verifying content. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within the Governance & Assurance processes. Qualifications and experience Degree qualified in subjects such as IT, maths, business studies or able to demonstrate equivalent capability or practical experience in these areas is desirable alongside experience in the Audit environment Demonstrable experience in minute taking in complex meetings is essential Experience of working with teams with a diverse range of skills and knowledge from peers to Executive level. Experience in a Project Management Office or wider project environment desirable Knowledge/understanding of project delivery best practice desirable. Knowledge and understanding of airport environment desirable. Project Management qualifications desirable. Professional, collaborative and structured approach to work essential. Excellent oral and written communication skills including well-developed facilitation skills. Personal resilience and the ability to manage ambiguity. Experience and confidence to maintain confidentiality to potentially sensitive information.

Role overview The Procurement Manager will work alongside the Category Manager in the delivery of agreed objectives in line with the procurement strategy, providing a commercial procurement category management function. They will provide procurement strategy support and guidance to the delivery teams ensuring adherence to procurement, governance and levels of authority procedures. The Procurement Manager will work across a wide range of procurement activities from higher volume, lower value spend to large scale projects all within the category strategy developed by the Category Manager. This role will principally support the Information Technology requirements of the business, but there may be other areas of focus depending on business and team priorities. Principal accountabilities You will engage with key partners to understand business requirements and to implement the category strategy. You will manage and drive key sourcing activities for business projects up to £5m ensuring that they are delivered on time and to budget with appropriate risk management. Understanding of category budget to drive change to the business spending behaviour and deliver cost savings.
