Commis Chef Up to £18,000 per annum, depending on experience This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commis Chef with an interest in pastry to support the pastry and dessert offering within a busy in-house restaurant that serve the general public. This is a quality organisation that uses 100% fresh food. You will have the opportunity to learn from and work with experienced Pastry Chefs. 40 hours, five straight shifts per week (daytimes only) with alternate weekends off ROLE - COMMIS CHEF Main responsibilities: Prepare and cook from scratch all pastry products Work to high standards of food hygiene Maintain systems, procedures, and high levels of presentation ATTRIBUTES - COMMIS CHEF Some experience in pastry or a strong desire to get into pastry A real passion for pastry Experience in a fresh food restaurant or hotel A positive, fun, and outgoing personality and attitude Passion for food and a drive to succeed This is an excellent opportunity to join an exciting, progressive Company with excellent career opportunities.
