Exams Coordinator The role: Temporary - Permanent Hours: 40 hours per week Location: Kettering Salary - TBC Responsibilities: To provide and coordinate a full exams administration service for students and staff To be conversant with all on-line and paper based examination procedures To produce and co-ordinate a detailed examination timetable To maintain accurate records of achievements Co-ordinate the workload to ensure deadlines are met To assist with training of other Examinations staff members Check and authorise invoices up to budget limit The ideal candidate: Experience of working with confidential data Lots of admin experience - office based Experience of coordinating people and projects Knowledge of exam process through work experience is desirable Must have or be willing to get an enhanced DBS Please send your CV to .
