In this role as Product Developer, you will be working alongside designers on the development the collections as well as Special Projects. Your main responsibilities are ensuring that collections are delivered within the timings, budget established, maintaining the brands quality standards and respecting price structure. You will follow each collection to achieve the main targets and objectives in terms of quality, lead time, margin and cost. Main responsibilities: Report to the designer timely and effectively about all development progress or issues Attend fit meetings to type comments and create fit packs for the factories Manage the logistic side of all developments: retrieving samples from archive, send and track all samples, reference samples and protos sent out to the vendors Order and track SMS reporting on the status and expected delivery Work with the atelier on SMS amendments to be done in house Track and check all invoices updating the budget sheet regularly to make sure the current spend is always captured and visible Responsible for the follow through of the information to production Skills and Experience needed: Minimum 2 years experience in a similar luxury fashion role Ability to work well under pressure, and meet critical deadlines Excellent organizational skills Experience of working close to production and international factories An action-oriented attitude with a proactive approach to problem solving and decision making The ability to take initiative and to prioritize work tasks People skills and empathy This role will be split 3 days in London and 2 days in Brighton (travel to Brighton will be paid for) **Please note, due to high volume of applicants, only those successful will be contacted**
