Christian Action Housing are an established North London Housing Association, working across four boroughs - Enfield, Barnet, Haringey and Waltham Forest. Our purpose is to identify local needs, to respond to these needs with local solutions and to provide excellent services. We invest in high quality housing, support and services that are affordable and accessible to those in housing need.
We currently employ 80 staff in a variety of roles within our Head Office in Enfield and surrounding areas. We are currently seeking to recruit a HR Administrator to provide comprehensive HR administrative support services across the organisation. This includes administration of the full employee life cycle, processing payroll, setting up and improving our existing administrative systems and supporting the HR team with exciting HR projects over the next year. You will also be responsible for maximising our use of the HR database (Cascade), so previous experience with HR databases is essential.
The successful candidate will have a background in HR administration with excellent attention to detail and a meticulous and methodical approach to work. The ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative to identify, solve problems and offer solutions is essential. You must be a confident user of IT particularly MS Office.
