We are a dynamic, ambitious housing association, providing affordable homes and services to over 16,000 customers across the North West. Our Supported Housing Team, covers areas across Manchester.



We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a strong team player with experience of working with vulnerable client groups to come and join our team and help us to provide high quality temporary accommodation and support services to vulnerable homeless young men and women aged 16-19 years with low to medium support needs.

So if you have a passion for supporting others to be the best that they can be… we want to hear from you! You will help us to support service users to enable them to develop independent living skills and address any issues that may be holding them back from achieving their potential.



By actively promoting resident involvement you will help residents to identify their goals in terms of employment, training, education and future housing as well as providing practical assistance and advice to residents in areas such as welfare benefits, money management and independent living.



With experience of working with vulnerable client groups and with knowledge of the issues related to homelessness and young people, you will promote and maintain a positive “can do” attitude in all aspects of the post. You’ll be a strong communicator with the ability to manage your time effectively and you will be capable of motivating positive change, engaging service users in constructive activities.
