We are currently seeking a Senior Contracts Supervisor to supervise and plan the delivery of the contract programme, oversee the planned work contracts to ensure that resources are utilised efficiently and work is completed to the required standard.
You will supervise contracts, programme timescales, sign-offs, review contract completions, control agreed targets to include time, quality and cost ensuring that CDM regulations for pre and post contract arrangements are maintained where appropriate. Additionally, you will control the contracts budgets and associated costs and identify contract variations and their source to ensure relevant parties are informed to take appropriate action.
Our ideal candidate will have strong contract management skills and a sound knowledge of Health and Safety and CDM regulations. Having the ability to manage budgets, work under pressure and prioritise workload is essential. You will have previous experience in supervising, leading teams and commitment to customer care.
