We’re looking for an individual with great communication, organisation skills and previous experience working with adults with complex needs to join the team at our Housing First project.
Joining a small, but dedicated team, you will be supporting people out of homelessness by helping them keep a stable, independent home. Working alongside other agencies, you will deliver 1:1 support, develop their confidence and life skills, as well as making sure all the properties are maintained to a high standard and report any issues or repairs.
You will need empathy and understanding of our client group, self-motivation, the ability to prioritise and manage your own workload, and the flexibility to meet customer and business needs.
