As one of our Service Improvement Business Analyst you will design, implement, embed and sustain the continuous service improvements across the Customer Services teams. Using a variety of data sources, appropriate measurements, analysis and evaluation, you will accurately identify and document improvements.
Our ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Customer Service or Contact Centre operations and be comfortable working in a high-pressure environment. Having held a Business Analyst or other similar role previously, you will be confident using standard software tools to support business analysis and have experience in delivering successful continuous improvement projects.
