We are currently looking for an experienced Project Officer to provide technical expertise and supervision of our planned investment capital works programme and environmental improvements programme.
Wellingborough Homes are delivering environmental improvements to regenerate garage sites and communal areas to improve the environment of our communities.
As an expert in your field, it will be your responsibility to ensure that all contractual work is delivered to a high quality standard, to specification and in accordance with legislation and health and safety obligation. Working as part of a dynamic and forward thinking Asset Management Team the successful candidate will already have experience in delivering planned improvement or capital investment programme and associated administrative process.
