We’re looking for an enthusiastic Contact Centre Team Member to join our team.
Our Contact Centre is at the heart of what we do here at the PPF, offering expert advice to Members who call in to speak to us. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to join an organisation that values their customers and always has service at the forefront of everything we do.
This is a varied role which will give you the opportunity to work on a number of complex calls about different pension schemes and queries. You will help our Members through what can be a difficult and challenging time and therefore, it’s essential that you have a calm, professional communication style and are naturally adept at explaining complex issues in a clear and engaging way.
Customer service experience is essential for this role and we’re especially keen to hear from those candidates who have either worked in a Contact Centre or financial services. You will need to thrive in an environment that requires absolute dedication to the customer and whilst this is not a sales role, we do have clear service levels that need to be met.
