Due to continued expansion, we are currently seeking a highly organised, enthusiastic individual to provide high level administrative support to our Operations department. Within this role you will be required to answer queries and assist with issues from clients, following tasks through to completion to ensure a positive outcome along with dealing with basic vacancy management such as screening candidates, researching and planning tasks and confirming completion / orders with clients. You will also be expected to work closely with the Head of Housing, dealing with diary management, planning workload and any ad-hoc tasks such as system testing, client emails and data input.
This is a new vacancy within the department and we are looking for someone with high level administrative skills (possibly at PA level) who has experience of working within a fast paced environment and can hit the ground running. It is essential that you are highly organised, can be assertive yet polite and can remain calm when dealing with a high pressured, busy and ever changing workload. You must be IT literate and have an excellent telephone manner as well as having very strong communication skills both verbal and written (this must include excellent grammar).
Experience of recruitment is not essential. What is essential is a need to succeed and a willingness and ability to absorb information quickly and accurately. You need to be a strong listener who can take instruction and follow it to the letter.
