TCHG are looking for Customer Service Officers who can deliver excellent services in our busy Customer Service Centre, dealing with a wide range of telephone enquiries.
Relief positions provide cover for sickness, training and annual leave so the ability to be flexible and work at short notice is essential. You will need to have a flexible approach to your work, covering the hours of 8.30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
It is essential that you have experience of working in a fast-paced customer response environment and have excellent communication skills with an ability to respond tactfully and with empathy in sometimes difficult circumstances.
You will also need to demonstrate competent numeracy and I.T. skills and ideally you should have experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Databases and Outlook.
Employees must have satisfactorily completed 16 weeks of their probation period before being considered for other posts within the organisation.

*Salary point depends on qualifications and experience. Subject to satisfactory performance in this role, incremental progression may be available on a two-yearly basis. Currently the top of this grade is £19,856 per annum (£9.52 per hour). Salary will be pro rata to hours worked.
