We are recruiting for a customer focussed individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer, acting as the first point of contact for all commercial and domestic customers. You will deal with both inbound and outbound calls with both prospective and existing customers, supporting them with account management, contract, bill or payment queries and recommending tariffs and products available.
As a Customer Service Officer you will provide an efficient and effective services to all customers, supporting with various administrative tasks including credit control and debt recovery.
The successful candidate will have experience of working within a similar customer focussed role, with experience of providing advice and guidance, resolving customer issues over the phone and promoting products and services. We are looking for an excellent communicator and team player with good organisational skills. It is essential you are a competent IT user with strong Microsoft Office skills.
