We are currently looking for a highly organised, enthusiastic individual with a background in recruitment administration / resourcing to join our Operations team. Within this role you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting high calibre candidates for a variety of roles, predominantly for public sector and social housing clients, through various methods. You must be highly organised and proactive, and have an understanding of the importance of following set processes and procedures to the letter. You must be capable of building strong relationships with your client contacts and will be willing to work to deadlines to meet their recruitment needs.
The successful candidate will have experience from within a fast paced recruitment environment (this could be agency or HR based), will ideally have knowledge of recruiting within the public / third sector or social housing (although we would be interested in also receiving applications from people with a background of dealing with commercial recruitment) and will be a confident IT user. We are seeking a strong communicator, both in writing and verbally, who will be assertive yet professional and friendly when liaising with clients, candidates and internal departments. You must be proactive in your approach, understanding the importance of completing tasks quickly but effectively.
You must be able to remain calm at all times, even when under pressure and you will always be willing to go the extra mile to exceed expectations. It is essential that you are customer focussed and highly organised, enabling you to plan and prioritise your workload effectively.
