They are currently looking for an accounting professional to join their Finance team as an Assistant Business Accountant. This role is key in their team and will help them to ensure that their Asset Management and Growth teams are partnered to assist the Group in all operations.
You will help to lead and motivate key colleagues to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of services so experience of leading and supporting others is required. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all relevant ledgers accurately reflect the financial position of the group.
The successful candidate will be part qualified, AAT or equivalent, and will already have experience working in a busy finance team. You will have experience of rigorous project analysis and evaluation to enable effective understanding of performance and will be confident in a business partnering role.
A high level of IT literacy and an understanding of new ways of working is essential. You should also have a strong commitment to the values of their organisation.
This is a permanent post and hours of work are 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
