The Senior FP&A Manager will take an active role in generating the insights and analysis to ensure that Yeo Valley has an accurate understanding of the cost of production of each of its products and most importantly, an evolving strategy to lower this cost. The Senior FP&A Manager will also ensure consistency across its production sites and will be responsible for the coaching and development of the FP&A Managers.
This is a varied role and will support the Head of Finance & Analysis and Finance & Operations Director to help the Senior Management & Leadership teams to manage, and reduce, its cost base and to optimise commercial opportunities. Whether it is helping the Site Management teams in identifying & implementing opportunities for improvement, building a case for significant capital expenditures, or playing an active role in cross-functional work streams, you will be integral to the ongoing success of Yeo Valley.
As a professionally qualified accountant (ACA or CIMA), with experience gained within the manufacturing or FMCG sector, you will have significant experience with standard costing. Possessing good commercial judgement and excellent investment appraisal skills, you will have strong financial modelling capability and be comfortable relating to and influencing a diverse group of stakeholders.
