We are currently seeking a Customer Experience Team Leader to lead the team to ensure the provision of a professional customer experience to our customers through all interactions with Yarlington whether digital, in person or by telephone by providing efficient and effective business support.

You will manage a high performing, motivated and valued team through effective performance management, coaching and development. You will continually seek to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience provided both in terms of digital, telephone or reception services. Additionally, you will coordinate an effective and timely response of required actions via webchat, emails or CRM/Workflows working in collaboration with operational teams.

Our ideal candidate will have team leadership experience, passion for great customer service, the ability to build rapport and good communication skills. You must have previous experience of telephone or digital customer service and experience of working in a customer facing front of house environment. It is essential that you are flexible as occasionally you may work evenings/weekends.

Resident Positive – We will guarantee at least two tenants an interview based on them meeting the essential criteria.
