Trade Sales Representative / Business Development / Account Management
Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Sales Representative to join their Trade Sales Team to cover the South of England, preferably residing in the Oxfordshire area. Reporting in to the National Trade Sales Manager you will increase our client's revenues on their Datum product range through new business generation and the growth of business from existing customers.
As this is a newly created role in the region our client will be looking for experience and ability to implement and deliver sales plans and identify new business opportunities You will also ensure that the products and services are marketed in a cost effective manner and in line with the media and sales strategy.
Knowledge of the construction industry preferable.
Survey market and product application knowledge would be particularly advantageous.
Experience in site sales methodologies would be beneficial.
Negotiation of orders / contracts at all levels.
Evidence of account management experience preferable.
Presentation skills, influencing techniques, overcoming objections, communication skills all necessary at a developed level.
Valid UK driving licence
