We are seeking a part time Administrative Assistant to support the administrative functions of CleanWorks in Birmingham.
You will be responsible for various administrative functions including monthly reports, inputting of data, photocopying, scanning, printing jobs, working in and creating excel spreadsheets, taking minutes, raising purchase orders.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in an office setting.
You will be able to understand and respond to verbal and written instructions and will need to be able to provide holiday cover.
