We are looking for someone with a can do attitude to provide excellent income collection services within the Income Recovery Team. The role will involve assisting in the collection of all housing related debt as well as working with internal and external teams to ensure that our residents are receiving the best service.
Good organisational, interpersonal and IT skills are essential for this role together with the ability to work as part of a team. You will need to possess a strong commitment to providing excellent customer services and will be expected to maintain good working relationships with colleagues and key partners at all times.
Qualifications should include Maths and English (Grade A-C) or equivalent, an understanding of financial inclusion, welfare benefits and the Universal Credit process is desirable.
