An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised Executive Assistant to join CityWest Homes to provide a secretarial and personal assistant function to two Executive Directors.
Within this role you will be responsible for receiving and responding to internal and external enquiries from a range of sources on behalf of the Directors. The duties of this role will range from diary management, travel arrangements and managing expenses to facilitating the smooth running of meetings and events through venue booking, coordinating briefing information and minutes as well as drafting correspondence in support of the Directors. In addition to this, you will also get the opportunity to work on projects as part of the diverse role, creating project briefs to lead and deliver on as required.
To be successful in this role you will have proven success in a similar role, with experience of supporting a director or head of department. You will also have experience of dealing with the public, both in person and on the telephone, and as such will be able to evidence excellent communication skills. You will be liaising with a range of clients at all levels in this role so the ability to communicate clearly and confidently is imperative.
Additionally, you will be educated to A level standard or have equivalent experience along with excellent IT proficiency.
Due to the nature of the role it is essential that you are proactive, a natural problem solver and can work well from your own initiative.
