Christian Action Housing are an established North London Housing Association, working across four boroughs - Enfield, Barnet, Haringey and Waltham Forest. We are currently looking for a highly organised team player to join our friendly Asset Management department. The purpose of this role is to ensure that our organisation meets all obligations relating to statutory and local compliance for all housing stock.
You will manage a comprehensive compliance programme, ensuring that guidelines are met and value for money is achieved. You will use the results of these programmes to provide reports on performance and assess and prioritise any actions/recommendations. You will also be required to investigate and respond to complaints, attend and take minutes at meetings, and help to prepare risk assessments.
The successful candidate will already have an understanding of health & safety and statutory compliance, ideally gained within housing. You will have good IT skills specifically using Microsoft Office and will be skilled at maintaining accurate records and systems. Experienced in monitoring performance, you will be confident developing and delivering high quality customer driven services.
