We are looking to recruit Customer Services Advisors to provide a high standard of service to CWH internal and external customers through multiple contact channels. With flexible and one team approach attitude you will maintain and develop knowledge and skills to deliver first contact resolution for the majority of customer enquiries.
You will make up an integral part of CWH to filter and channel contact internally, manage information proactively, and embrace continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer journey.
We have the following contracts available:
X8 Permanent - 23 hours per week
X6 Permanent - 16.5 hours per week
x1 Fixed Term Contract until September 2018 - 36 hours per week
The part time contracts will be to cover the following shift patterns:
23 hrs per week: 9.00 -17.30 - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
16.5 hrs per week: 9.00 – 14.30 Monday Tuesday Wednesday
