We currently have an opportunity for a Trainee Planned Project Officer to join our client services team.
Your main duties processing all necessary documentation for the completion of projects including CDM, KPI’s and site monitoring reports. As well as assisting with the project management of all planned and cyclical contracts/works to the agreed timescale, cost and completed in accordance with contract conditions, specifications and health and safety requirements.
You will also work closely with our subcontractors and service providers to deliver a high quality and cost effective inspection service to our customers in line with the group values and to ensure that a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved and maintained.
The successful candidate will preferably have a HNC/HND or working towards similar in building or construction related field and proven recent experience in practical building and property maintenance or inspection. You will also be willing to work towards additional qualifications. Preferably you will have previous experience of working with contractors and residents within the Housing sector.
