We are currently seeking for two Hub Supervisors to deliver our landlord responsibilities across a number of locations within our hubs including extra care, assisted living and connected living schemes. You will ensure customers receive their contracted welfare contact, manage the health and safety checks across relevant buildings and provide activities for customers.
When appropriate you will act as the interface between the customer and the care provider, induct new customers, ensuring they know what is available and how services and welfare contacts will be conducted and build and manage relationships with care providers. You will also plan and deliver a range of activities which promote social inclusion and wellbeing and escalate any health and safety concerns and repairs, faults and estate maintenance/management issues.
Our ideal candidate will have a passion for meeting the support needs of older people, enabling them to live independently for as long as possible. You will have previous experience of delivering services to older people, health and safety and risk management processes and be confident in the use of Microsoft Office and Outlook software. You must be flexible to work across other areas and services in the Yarlington property portfolio and have the ability to travel efficiently between jobs if required.
