Sutton Housing Partnership (established in 2006) manages council housing in Sutton. We aim to bring investment and improvements to homes and communities across the borough. We are responsible for the day-to- day management of housing services to around 6,000 council tenants and 1,500 leaseholders.
We are currently seeking an Office & Business Support Manager to create an environment that allows our staff to succeed and offers the highest standard of business support to our Managing Director.

This role sits at the heart of the organisation and reports directly to the Managing Director. You will be accountable for managing the Sutton Gate Office to ensure the smooth running of the office environment for SHP employees, sub-tenants and guests. You will offer first class and proactive business administrative support to the Managing Director/Executive Management Team to ensure that they are able to fulfil their primary purpose – to set the organisations strategy and vision and to lead and direct SHP colleagues to succeed.
You will be passionate about excellent customer service. You will be an excellent communicator, able to influence across the business and have the confidence and professionalism to work with people at all levels. Highly organised, you will be capable of planning, prioritising and scheduling activities and resources and you will have an assertive, proactive approach to identifying and resolving barriers.
You will have experience in office management and managing contracts. You will have the ability to manage your time and organise priorities and take a proactive approach. You will line manage our business admin apprentice.
