We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to provide a seamless and efficient HR service and be responsible for ensuring we provide an efficient and supportive HR service.
In this stand-alone role, you will provide comprehensive and pragmatic support to managers and employees, advising on a range of employee relations issues and day-to-day HR responsibilities, such as performance management. As part of the role, you will also analyse the market to ensure our remuneration packages are competitive and attractive to both existing and potential employees. You will ensure our HR policies and procedures are up to date and identify and implement improvements.
You will be a Chartered member of CIPD or currently working towards the advanced diploma in HRM / HRD. With extensive experience in a HR generalist role, you will be accustomed to liaising with all levels of employees. You will have up to date knowledge of employment legislation and will have experience of driving change. The busy nature of this role requires exceptional organisation skills coupled with the ability to work effectively under pressure without compromising on quality. Good IT skills and competence in using routine applications are essential. You must also have up to date knowledge of HR practices and procedures with the ability to think strategically and work on your own initiative, ideally with experience of working in a stand-alone position.
