The Personalised Support Team in North Nottinghamshire is looking to recruit a motivated and committed Access & Development Worker to join our team in Mansfield and Ashfield to provide a key role in ensuring equal access for our deaf staff.
The successful candidate will have a recognised BSL qualification at level 4 or above. Duties will include assisting the team to understand policies and procedure and other written materials by ensuring they have an accessible version. In addition to this, the successful candidate will support the Quality Supervisor on a day-to-day basis including appointments, meetings, training, reviews and 'access to work' interpreting.
This is a rostered shift based role including evenings and weekends to meet the needs of the service
