An opportunity has arisen for an Income Management Assistant to join our Income Team.
You will be responsible for the provision of effective support and assistance to the Income Team. Supporting the prompt collection of monies owed to the association through completion of weekly reports. You will ensure you cover all areas to maximise income owed from rent, court costs, former tenant’s, rechargeable repairs and private garages.
Other duties will include preparing paperwork for court for cases and administering and actioning all housing benefit notifications and refund requests. You will also be responsible for preparing performance reports and paperwork for weekly meetings.
The successful candidate will have experience in an administrative role along with working within a housing position or environment would be beneficial. You will have the ability to negotiate effectively with customers and provide excellent customer service and will be able to produce word processed documentation to a high standard. Logical, precise and meticulous you will have good listening skills and knowledge of Microsoft word and excel.
