One Manchester is an innovative provider of housing and community services. Formed in April 2015 from a historic merger between two of Manchester’s largest housing associations – City South and Eastlands Homes. In the subsequent two years the Group has achieved its initial merger aspirations and is now extending and expanding (doubling) its new homes programme across a range of tenures and locations. It currently owns and manages more than 12,000 homes in central, south and east Manchester.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Communities Directorate to undertake a wide range of duties supporting Surveyors and Project Managers in delivering a customer focussed approach together with developing positive relationships with customers ensuring their interests are taken into account during the course of a range of investment projects across Manchester.
Applicants must have a good track record of effective and pro active working with customers and stakeholders, such as contractors and consultants, together with possessing high calibre communication and interpersonal skills.
In addition, you will be well organised, able to maximise IT and flexible in your approach which will include the need to work evenings and weekends.
