Employee Relations Advisor – Full time

We are looking for an experience Employee Relations Advisor to join out team at Head Office.

The successful candidate will be naturally adaptable, inquisitive with an open mind, being key support to the operational teams. You will be a skilled influencer with the ability to gain commitment from the different areas of our business and work well with a range of people both within and outside of our company.

What you will be doing …

Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on the full range of Employee Relations services across the employment lifecycle.
Working closely with colleagues across the People and Organisational Development (POD) team to ensure all relevant administration and processes are in place to enhance employees experience when dealing with the POD team.
Review, update and draft any new Company employment policies & POD procedures that are engaging, add value and manage on appropriate platforms and systems.
Undertake any ad-hoc HR projects or tasks as directed to support the departments objectives.

What you will bring …

CIPD Level 3 or equivalent qualification
Proven experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to engage and gain trust from your stake holders.
Proven ability to consult and challenge in a constructive way and the ability to resolve issues in potentially difficult situations.
A pragmatic, practical and business focused approach to your work is essential coupled with the ability to assess your own workload and change your priorities at short notice.

Please note there may be an element of travel involved with this role so a full driving licence is required.
