About the role

The Asset Management & Maintenance team is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Land & Property Trainee to join the team and learn to provide legal support in a variety of land and property matters.



As part of the team you will provide assistance to all regions as required although the majority of your workload shall relate to both new and existing Dorset based cases where you will gain understanding of the way Aster manages and protects its land assets to maximise its value as a charitable registered society.



The suitable candidate may have existing knowledge or experience of land law and the conveyancing process but most importantly must possess a desire to learn, develop and utilise their skill set to assist positively with a range of property transactions.



An opportunity to enhance your training with a CILEx Level 2 qualification (and above if desired) can be taken in to consideration.
