In this key role you will:

To proactively contact Payroll prospects as directed. To promote the Iris brand in a professional manner. To generate and secure quality, qualified appointments for the NB Sales and webex teams. To build a pipeline of opportunities to secure future sales and growth for the Payroll team



Some of the main accountabilities will include:


To undertake outbound telemarketing activity with SME prospects as directed
To undertake inbound telemarketing activity with SME prospects as directed
To book quality, qualified appointments with prospects to secure the future success of the SME business team
To meet and exceed sales revenue targets inline with agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) as directed by the SME Telemarketing Team Manager
To build, manage and maintain a pipeline of opportunities
To identify cross-selling opportunities and referrals for other areas of the IRIS business
To continually update and cleanse the prospect database with key marketing and competitor information as directed
