About the role...

You will have the choice of either being based in our office Kingston upon Thames or Work from home.

The main responsibility will be to create face to face appointment for our Account Management team. This will be done through cold calling and the use of Social Media, to reach out to prospects and grow interest in our products and services. Success will be measure on the number of meeting actually attended by the Account Managers.

You will work within a growing team where there are genuine opportunities for career development.

About you...

We are looking for a candidate who has experience generating high quality leads, using both cold calling and social media. We have a major focus on securing new business, and this role will be vital to the success of the sales team. Therefore suitable candidates must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:


Social Media savvy;
Demonstrable experience of Social Selling;
Experience using LinkedIn, Twitter and other social media platforms as part of a sales process;
Proven previous success in a consultative telesales environment;
Proven ability to generate own leads through outbound activity to new prospects;
Good level of business acumen & commercial awareness;
B2B sales experience;
Demonstrable experience dealing with decision makers at all levels, including C- level;
Someone who can effectively propose online solutions to non-tech savvy prospects;
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
Positive, self-motivated, driven, goal-setting, independent, self-starter, no-excuses attitude;
Excellent organisational skills.


Experience in selling software solutions;
A strong social media presence;
Understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce.com);
Experience in, or selling to, the Accountancy industry.
