In this key role you will:



To proactively contact HR leads, creating professional relationships whilst following the sales process from qualification and demonstration of the product, to closing the sale. Promoting and representing the CascadeGo brand in a professional manner. To build a pipeline of opportunities to secure future sales.



Some of the main accountabilities will include:


To undertake outbound telesales activity with HR prospects
To undertake inbound telesales activity with HR prospects from specific campaigns
To book quality, qualified demonstrations with prospects to secure the future success of the HR business team
To demonstrate and complete the full cycle sales process
To meet and exceed revenue targets in line with agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) as directed by the Inside Sales Manager
To build, manage and maintain a pipeline of opportunities
To continually update and cleanse the prospect database with key marketing and competitor information and refer back to the Internal telesales team where appropriate


What are we looking for?


Proven telesales experience
Knowledge of the HR profession, professional services or generic IT software products would be advantageous.
B2B sales experience
Cold Calling experience to senior management FD’s, MD’s
Previous Sales Training: i.e. open questions, call handling, overcoming objections, persuasion skills etc.
Pipeline management
