We are currently recruiting for a Quality Controller - Days to be based in our manufacturing site in Southall working on the Day Shift.

As a Quality Controller - Days you will be responsible for monitoring the quality and safety of all products produced by the production and ensure all agreed customer specifications are adhered to.

Key responsibilities

To monitor product quality along the preparation and production lines to the agreed specifications
Monitor scaling of raw materials, mixing recipes to ensure compliance with mixing sheet (i.e., correct ingredients, correct codes, weight, portion control, monitor recording of numbers to ensure no expired ingredients are being used.
To ensure mixes are produced as per specification and traceability is maintained throughout all paperwork.
To carry out start up checks on line such as the scales and metal detectors and scale calibration.
Reduce number of internal Non conformances due to out of spec product quality made in production.

This role is a full-time, working 40 hours per week. The shift pattern for this role is flexible however you will be working 5 over 7 days.
